Industrial Complex West Midlands. (1997- 98) Instarmac Ltd. A
line of rocks 100 megalithic yards long celebrates the basic material
, crushed stone, used by this the largest rapid-hardening -concrete
plant in Europe. Starting at the Chairman's desk 21 rocks, one
for each year of the business, each larger than the next until
the biggest Hudson Rock is reached. The Chairman is called Charles
Hudson. Both Charles and his wife Angela are Rats in the Chinese
calendar so the rock is carved with these creatures.
